September was the first mid tour. Brad came home for 3 weeks, and oh the fun we had!! Spent a week on the gulf coast, exploring Tampa/Clearwater Area. The gulf water is so different than the Atlantic side of the state. There are hardly any waves, and the water is much warmer. It's so QUIET out on that coast.
Our first stop was the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and we saw WINTER the Dolphin.

| The trainer with winter's tail. |
 |
| We got to hold Winter's Tail |
Then we used our Salute to the Military Free Tickets to visit Busch Gardens. Which is my kind of theme park. They have animal exhibits and only about 8 rides. Which are all roller coasters :( We decided no roller coasters, and rode the train and the sky ride instead. We got to feed the Kangaroos, which was amazing. They are so so soft.

| This hippo was playing with this log like it was a small stick. |
 |
| There was this cool little box you could get inside... |
 |
| And be underneath the tiger!!! |
We spent time at the Florida Aquarium, and went to Shell Island, which is a National Wildlife Preserve and saw a school of stingrays that swam around us in the shallow water.
 |
| Emily found a hermit crab. |
 |
| Brad found a sand dollar. | | |

All in All, 3 weeks went by too fast and now Brad is back in Korea for his next set until mid tour number two.
