Lake Vacation – Day 1

 

I forgot how relaxing the lake can be.  No internet, no phones – except my cell.. the water, the boat, the beagles…

We had a few chores to do on day 1 – so we got those out of the way, mow the grass, move the driftwood, measure the boat trailer for a new piece of wood..

Then it was time to swim, and toss the dogs in the water.  After that, a good book, couch, and a nap was in order. 

A girl could get used to this. Good thing we have 8 days of it lined up.  Gotta love TDY leave en route to Sgt. School --
